Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
